About the Workplace Center for Development and Learning (Cul) offers a wide range of courses in Swedish language education for immigrants, basic and upper secondary adult education, vocational adult education, apprenticeships, and municipal adult education as adapted education. Cul also provides vocational higher education and the opportunity to study certain higher education programs on site, as well as study and career counseling. With us, our community members can raise their education level to increase opportunities for employment or further studies. We assist businesses and the public sector with competency supply. Cul maintains close and productive collaboration with external partners such as Employment and Livelihood, Higher Education/Universities, the Employment Agency, and the Regional Council. Work Duties As a case handler at reception, you are a central point of contact for adult education students, visitors, and collaboration partners. You are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming reception and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Main work duties: Reception and Service Receive and greet visitors, students, and external contacts at reception Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Handle daily reception services such as mail, distribution of materials, and information Administrative Tasks Ensure that reception functions and routines work efficiently Manage ongoing administration related to students and operations Contribute to structure and organization in administrative work Coordination with Higher Education Plan and schedule exam occasions in collaboration with higher education institutions/universities Serve as contact person and coordinate between adult education and higher education institutions Ensure that exam procedures are followed. When needed, serve as an invigilator during exam administration. Student Follow-up Follow up on students who complete vocational training. Compile and document results and completions. Contribute to the organization's quality work.
