Skilled Moisture Control Technician - Installation and Remediation

We are looking for a handy person, preferably with experience as a carpenter, ventilation technician, or mechanical ventilated flooring systems. Experience in the above is a merit. WE REQUIRE THAT YOU LIVE IN THE STOCKHOLM AREA AND MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS STATED IN THIS LISTING. You should enjoy working with various types of installations and remediation work. The position involves varying assignments ranging from remediation of microbial growth and laying ground coverings, installing dehumidifiers (adsorption dehumidifiers), spraying spray foam insulation, ventilation, installing mechanically ventilated floors, and for those with the knowledge, laying parquet flooring. It is highly valuable if you have experience with carpentry work, ventilation, remediation, etc. The work area is primarily the Stockholm region but we operate throughout the Mälardalen area. Working hours are typically between 7-16. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent Swedish, Category B driver's license, no criminal record and must not be subject to any investigations, handy, reliable, and not afraid of physical work.
