Position: 80-100% Permanent Hagvidson Fyreviken is a preschool with three departments located in Hovås. The preschool is close to playgrounds, forests, and the sea, which inspires and enables plenty of outdoor activities. At our preschool, both preschool teachers and childcare assistants work with passion for their profession. We are guided by our core values: SAFETY, PARTICIPATION, and JOY, always with the child at the center. Based on the curriculum, we want our preschool to be at the forefront of what we do. We work in project form with the children, using the curriculum's goals together with our focus areas as a starting point. At the preschool, we always strive to keep our child groups as small as possible. We have therefore organized the activities so that children are divided into smaller groups during parts of the day. The preschool works with the Green Flag program and is certified. We have our own cook who prepares meals from scratch and follows the National Food Agency's recommendations. We are looking for someone interested in working with children, who has good insight into safety-oriented thinking and participation regarding children and preschool activities. You enjoy working both outdoors and indoors throughout all seasons, and we see that you enjoy working in projects and are curious about work with our preschool bicycles. You consider collaboration with both department colleagues and other staff members, as well as being a role model and building good relationships with guardians, to be self-evident. You want to work at a preschool that is proud of its activities. You are flexible, and we see that you take responsibility for the educational mission and are well familiar with the curriculum.
