Then this could be the right opportunity for you! Your New Position We are seeking a high school teacher in Swedish, German, and preferably one or more additional subjects for Njudungsgymnasiet. As a subject teacher, you will have a central role in students' knowledge development. Your assignment includes teaching where you plan, conduct, and evaluate lessons. You are also responsible for grading in accordance with applicable curriculum documents. The role also includes mentorship. At Njudungsgymnasiet, collaboration and joint planning occur continuously with colleagues in program teams and subject teams. You participate in subject teams to further develop subject instruction and in program teams to develop the program. You participate in information meetings and are part of collegial learning where experience sharing and collaboration are in focus. About You We are seeking teachers with certification in Swedish and German. It is an advantage if you also have certification in another subject. As a teaching professional with us, you have a strong interest in motivating and engaging students. You work to create the best possible conditions for students to reach their goals. You have a good ability to build trust and establish positive relationships in varied teaching. Collaboration and joint planning occur continuously with colleagues, work teams, and the whole school, as we strive for a holistic perspective on students' knowledge development and needs. Meeting each student from a relational perspective and having high, reasonable expectations of each individual are fundamental principles that are important to us. To thrive in the teacher role with us, we want you to have good didactic abilities and be able to motivate and engage. Previous experience teaching at the high school level is an advantage. You should be experienced with ICT, as we work through digital learning platforms such as Haldor and Edlevo. You are also secure, stable, and able to adapt easily to changing circumstances. To ensure that all new employees in our teaching positions have the correct certification, we ask you to attach a valid teacher certification obtained from Skolverket that is not older than two months.
