Solberga Upper Secondary School is a school with approximately 330 students distributed across four college preparatory programs: the Science Program, the Technology Program, the Social Sciences Program, and the Economics Program. In the 2024–2025 school year, we started an Adapted Upper Secondary School, individual program. Qualifications To succeed in the role of high school teacher, we see that you have: Certification and are a licensed high school teacher of English and Swedish. Good computer skills. It is also meritorious if you previously have: Work experience as a high school teacher and have had mentoring responsibilities. To thrive in the role, we see that as a person you find it natural to build good relationships and that you enjoy working with and meeting young people in our school. You find it easy to collaborate but can also work independently. Structure and forward planning come naturally to you, and you are a trustworthy person who is happy to share your knowledge and experience. Areas of Responsibility Your areas of responsibility include: Teaching students in English and Swedish. Having mentoring responsibilities. Being part of a team and subject group where you work together to create the best possible conditions for our students.
