Then we'd love to hear from you! About the Job We are seeking an employee for our goldsmith department. You will be welcomed into a wonderful team where you have the opportunity to create added value for the entire operation. In this role, traditional goldsmith work is combined with stone setting. We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for someone who wants to help develop both the team and the company. As a goldsmith at Guldbolaget, you will work closely with other production staff to develop and optimize our manufacturing processes. The position encompasses many areas, and we will train you on the parts you haven't worked with before. Our goal is always to have several people with important fundamental knowledge of our operations so we can always help each other. Work is scheduled on weekdays, full-time between 07:00-16:00. You will work from our production facility in Bergkvara. About You You should recognize yourself in being energetic, engaged, willing to take responsibility, and passionate about development. You appreciate being part of a team and enjoy collaboration to achieve common goals. As a person, we appreciate someone who is responsible, flexible, and can handle changing situations with calm. You communicate clearly and are open to feedback. Moreover, you are not afraid to share ideas and like finding solutions. It is important that you are thorough and organized, with an eye for both important details and the bigger picture of your work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Your Qualifications Requirements: ● Graduation diploma from upper secondary school ● Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written ● Goldsmith training or extensive experience in this craft About Us Guldbolaget is one of the country's leading manufacturers of rings and other jewelry.
