Then maybe you're our next group leader at Silkeborg group home? About the Role As a group leader, you work primarily in the operations with care or treatment work. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, incident reports, and documentation. You lead daily operations by introducing, coaching, and including team members. You ensure good quality in the operations and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for service users. Of course, you also contribute to a good work climate and positive relationships with the operation's customers and their families. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and acknowledging your colleagues in daily work. You report to the operations manager and are part of the operation's management group. The position is 100% and you work on a rotating schedule including weekends and evening shifts. About Silkeborg Silkeborg is a group home for adults covered by person category 1. The operation is run by Nytida AB on behalf of Järva District Administration - City of Stockholm. The group home is located in a single-story villa with six apartments and common areas. It's within walking distance of Kista center with proximity to green spaces, downtown, bus, and subway. Silkeborg group home has 25 employees (all employment forms). Our employees have experience and knowledge to work with this target group. Your Experience and Knowledge You have at least education focused on pedagogy, social work, or care and nursing, as well as experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It's a merit if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-affect interaction, as well as management experience. You are clear, pedagogical, and driven to help people grow and develop in their professional role. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and work well collaboratively. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You are enterprising and responsive to service users' needs and have a natural respect for other people.
