About the position As Group Manager for Maintenance & Assembly with us, you have a central role in ensuring the highest possible quality and customer service. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of technicians and assemblers, with a focus on optimizing work processes and strengthening our collaboration with customers. Main areas of responsibility Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and deliver high-quality services. Ensure that all maintenance and assembly work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety regulations and quality assurance systems. Plan and coordinate resources to optimize workflows and efficiency. Propose and implement improvement strategies to continuously develop the business. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience working within the industrial sector and documented experience in leadership. It is a merit if you have experience in project management and driving change initiatives. A valid driver's license is a requirement.
