The Karlskoga site offers a broad range of services, including terminal sterilization and WFI production. The facility also has specialized infrastructure designed to meet the high requirements for manufacturing controlled pharmaceuticals, ophthalmic solutions, and sterile semi-solid preparations. Our machine operators within manufacturing are divided into two teams. They are led by group leaders and team leaders who work closely together and report to the company's production manager. About the position: In your role as group leader, you will be responsible for daily production, employee development and operations, and will participate in improvement projects. The group leader's main responsibilities include: - Work supervision - Ensuring staffing and competence development - Occupational health and safety responsibility, planning and conducting safety rounds, workplace meetings, development discussions, etc. Your profile: We are seeking an experienced and engaged leader with a focus on safety, production and quality improvements, who genuinely has a passion for working with people and developing both individuals and teams.
