Learn more at www.apl.se About the Position As group manager for Extemporaneous Manufacturing at APL in Kungens Kurva, you will have full responsibility for a team of approximately 18–20 employees consisting of pharmacists and pharmaceutical technicians. The operation is characterized by high quality, patient safety, and efficient delivery. You will be part of the management group for Manufacturing Stockholm and will participate in driving the development of the operation, both operationally and strategically. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Lead, develop, and monitor a team of 18–20 employees Ensure delivery, patient safety, and quality in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements Drive and develop extemporaneous manufacturing processes Work actively with work environment, engagement, and competence development in the team Contribute to the management group for Manufacturing Stockholm with focus on improvement work and operational development Ensure that operations are conducted efficiently and in line with established goals Your Profile We are looking for a clear and present leader with a strong ability to create structure and engagement. You have: Academic education in pharmacy, chemistry, or equivalent Experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably extemporaneous or aseptic operations Documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility Good knowledge of GMP and quality management Ability to drive change and development work Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Personal Qualities Confident and clear in your leadership Structured and solution-oriented Engaged and development-focused Good collaboration skills and a holistic perspective We Offer A key role in a socially important operation Opportunity to influence and develop the future of extemporaneous manufacturing A dynamic work environment with competent and engaged colleagues Leadership development and good development opportunities within APL Other Information The position is full-time, 40 hours per week with placement at APL's facility in Kungens Kurva.
