Your Responsibilities We are seeking a teacher with subject qualifications in Spanish. The position includes mentoring responsibilities, and you are expected to work closely with other teachers. As a teacher at Klaraskolan, it is important that you are a confident and clear leader, you have strong pedagogical skills, and you are skilled at adapting instruction to meet student needs. In your teaching, you approach from a relational perspective, use collaborative structures for student-centered learning, and maintain a formative approach. You have high expectations for students and can motivate them to learn and develop by clarifying learning objectives and proficiency requirements. In your pedagogical role, it is of great importance that you meet all students with a positive attitude, that you promote student participation and influence, and that you have the ability to be flexible and creative. You also see the value in building relationships with students outside the classroom. You collaborate easily and view your teaching team as an asset. Together with your team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop instruction based on the school's governing documents and local development plan. The teaching role requires a strong ability to analyze student needs, and you use methodology well-adapted to the individual student and group. You are confident in documenting student progress and have good knowledge of our digital platforms (Unikum, Teams, etc.). You have a humble approach where you enjoy challenging others with genuine curiosity and sharing your experiences. Your Qualifications Certified teacher with subject qualifications in Spanish. Previous experience working at the middle school level is desirable.
