Your responsibilities Teaching music in grades 4-9. As a teacher, you will be involved in developing the school's pedagogical activities. The work consists of collaborating with your teaching team to plan, implement, evaluate, and develop instruction based on our governing documents and organizational goals. The pedagogical responsibility teachers have for students to reach their goals often requires resourcefulness, creativity, and flexibility. You have high expectations for your students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clearly communicating goals and performance standards. The teaching role requires the ability to analyze each child's needs and use teaching methods well-suited to the individual student and group. The position requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school in a collegial manner. Your qualifications Licensed teacher with authorization to teach music in grades 4-9. You should have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents. The role requires that you are flexible, have strong collaboration skills, and easily build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Other information Kärlekens skola is a grades 4-9 school with approximately 550 students, located in the Kärleken district just north of central Halmstad. The service area also includes two grades F-3 schools with which we collaborate closely to provide students with the best conditions throughout their compulsory education.
