Your responsibilities We are seeking a teacher with subject qualifications in French. The position includes mentoring, and you are expected to collaborate closely with other teachers. As a teacher at Klaraskolan, it is important that you are a confident and clear leader, possess strong pedagogical skills, and are skilled at adapting instruction to students' needs. In your teaching, you approach from a relational perspective, use collaborative structures for student-centered learning, and adopt a formative approach. You have high expectations for students and can motivate them toward learning and development by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements. In your pedagogical role, it is essential that you meet all students with a positive attitude, promote student participation and influence, and have the ability to be flexible and creative. You also see the value in building relationships with students outside the classroom. You find it easy to collaborate and see the teaching team as an asset. Together with the team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop instruction based on the school's governance documents and local development plan. The teaching role requires strong ability to analyze students' needs and you use methods well-adapted to the individual student and group. You are comfortable documenting students' learning progress and have good knowledge of our digital platforms (Unikum, Teams, etc.). You have an unpretentious approach where you enjoy challenging others with curiosity and also share your experiences. Your qualifications Certified teacher with subject qualifications in French. It is beneficial if you have prior experience working at the secondary level.
