The school's shared approach is based on an active formative learning process where students' inherent strengths are developed. You will collaborate in the school's work teams, which requires organizational and collaboration skills, great personal responsibility, flexibility, and sharing our joy in developing as a team. You will work closely with other teachers, the principal, student support services, students, and guardians. Job Responsibilities We are seeking a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4-6. You will teach grade 6 in close collaboration with the other teacher in the same grade level. You have a strong ability to focus on the student and feel deep commitment to the student group. To succeed, you are responsible as a person and can analyze and evaluate your work in relation to student and school goal achievement. You have the ability to see each student's different needs, consider their individual circumstances, and help all students grow. Qualifications and Personal Qualities Certified teacher with broad qualifications to teach grades 4-6. If you have qualifications and experience teaching English, that is a merit. You place the student in focus and feel strong commitment to the student group. To succeed, you are responsible as a person and have a strong ability to analyze and evaluate your work in relation to student and school goal achievement. You have the ability to see each student's different needs, consider their individual circumstances, and help all students grow. As a person, you are a confident and clear leader who can build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are familiar with the school's governance documents and take responsibility for actively seeking knowledge and information. You are unpretentious and contribute to collegial learning. You have good digital competence as we handle information, documentation, and learning digitally as a natural part of our operations. You have experience and knowledge of elementary school organization and governance documents. We place great importance on your perspective on values and epistemology and how it characterizes your approach as a teacher. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
