Hultskolan is a grades K-6 school in Albert Engström's home region, approximately one mile east of Eksjö town center. The school is situated near a church and Albert Engström's homestead, surrounded by varied nature. The school has approximately 90 students and 15 staff members. Höredaskolan is a beautifully situated school, about 5 miles outside Eksjö town center. Höredaskolan has just over 120 students distributed across seven classes, from preschool through grade 6. The school has a lovely schoolyard and is surrounded by varied nature. Ingatorpsskolan is a small school in the eastern part of the municipality, nicely situated on the countryside heights with nearly 100 students from preschool through grade 6, and an after-school program in which approximately half the students are enrolled. The school is located about 3 miles from Eksjö and 1 mile from Mariannelund. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who is qualified to teach textile crafts. As a teacher, your assignment is to work together with other colleagues to create situations where students succeed. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, and following up on instruction based on our governing documents and tailored to students' needs for support and challenge. You will teach textile crafts at Höredaskolan, Ingatorpsskolan, and Hultskolan one day at each location. Currently, this means Mondays at Höredaskolan, Tuesdays at Ingatorpsskolan, and Wednesdays at Hultskolan. QUALIFICATIONS Teacher certification and qualifications to teach crafts. We are looking for someone who is an organized educator. Experience is advantageous, but more important are your personal suitability and being a trusted adult in the classroom. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, and see tasks through to completion. You are creative, think innovatively, and try to find new solutions to old problems. You take initiative and want to help develop the school and education together with us. You should find it easy to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. It is self-evident to you that you collaborate with other educators and staff at the school to reach students. You genuinely enjoy meeting students, both in and outside the classroom.
