We are now looking for a Primary School Teacher for Grades 1-6 with certification in Physical Education & Health You see, challenge, and support our students in their knowledge development to reach as far as possible. You will be part of a work team that you collaborate closely with, and you will work closely with the school's teachers and other educators. We strive for all pedagogical staff to have joint study days where all employees are part of the collective quality work. Qualifications: - We are looking for you with a teaching degree (primary school teacher for grades 1-6 with certification in physical education & health and Spanish). Personal Qualities: - You are curious about Montessori pedagogy, and experience with this approach is a merit. - You are committed, professional, initiative-taking, and a good team player. - You have good collaboration skills, clarity, and responsiveness in an independent role, and can plan, organize, and execute your tasks together with others. - You take responsibility for your work tasks; you plan, structure, and prioritize work in an efficient way with good results. - You have the ability to motivate and communicate effectively. - You are responsive and have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and can adapt your way of conveying messages to the recipient. - You see opportunities in change and can adapt to changing circumstances. - You have good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Digital competence. Creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues comes naturally to you. You create a good learning environment based on modern Montessori pedagogy that is inspiring and enjoyable for students. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team, while also being able to plan and work independently. You are passionate about contributing to others' learning and you create conditions for enjoyable learning to happen. You can balance different demands and remain calm in difficult situations. Other important qualities you have are the ability to create a good work climate, to have a low-pressure approach, and to appreciate working with people. Deadline for applications is July 31.
