Good Vibes Dressage is Seeking an Equine Health Coordinator
Description:
Do you want to work in an environment where horse welfare, veterinary medicine, rehabilitation, data, and high-performance dressage come together? Good Vibes Dressage is an ambitious dressage stable at the highest elite level with leading trainers including Will Rogers and Daniel Bachmann Andersen, as well as veterinarians in Stockholm and internationally. We are now seeking a structured, clinically strong, and analytical Equine Health Coordinator who takes central responsibility for our horses' health, rehabilitation, and long-term sustainability. About the Role You will be the central link between owners, stable management, and the veterinary clinic, ensuring that each horse is systematically monitored over time. The role combines the clinical eye in the stable with translating the information we collect – medical records, veterinary history, blood work, diagnostic imaging, videos, rehabilitation plans, training response, and daily observations – into a clear picture of each horse's development. We use digital tools and AI to support early pattern detection and work more objectively and preventively regarding our horses' health. Your Areas of Responsibility • Daily and weekly health monitoring: movement patterns, general condition, body condition score, recovery, swelling, wounds, and sensitivity. • Documentation of veterinary visits, diagnoses, treatments, medication, rehabilitation, follow-up visits, tests, and training response. • Preparing complete documentation for veterinary visits (videos, history, observations) and ensuring all veterinarians receive accurate medical records. • Maintaining each horse's health plan updated with goals, rehabilitation steps, and follow-ups – and adjusting the plan in dialogue with those responsible. • Implementing rehabilitation according to veterinary instructions: hand-walking, water treadmill (available on-site), laser therapy, rest days, return to work, and gradual increase in load. • Ensuring correct medication administration according to prescriptions. • Building and maintaining an individual health curve per horse, and analyzing data to track changes over time. • Ongoing reporting to owners and stable management. We are looking for someone with strong clinical understanding of horses, for example as • a licensed veterinary technician • an equine rehabilitation manager • an experienced horse person with documented expertise in health, rehabilitation, and systematic monitoring We believe you are • clinically confident, observant, and have an excellent eye for a horse's physical status • structured, meticulous, and strong in documentation • analytical and accustomed to seeing patterns over time rather than assessing a horse based on a single day • comfortable with digital systems and curious about how AI can be used in equine health and rehabilitation • calm and solution-oriented in a high-performance environment • professional, discreet, and responsible • committed to the performance horse's sustainability and long-term development We Offer • Competitive salary • Newly renovated on-site accommodation of 70 m2 • Bonus and incentive programs • Favorable insurance and other employee benefits Location The position is based on our facility in Brottby and involves daily presence near the horses
