About the Role As a Global Infor M3 Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that the company's Infor M3 platform is stable, efficient, and tailored to the organization's global needs. You work closely with both local and international stakeholders and play a key role in driving improvements, changes, and system management. The role combines operational responsibility with a development focus and positions you as a central point of contact between the business, IT, external partners, and vendors. You will work broadly within business systems and operational processes with a focus on stable operations, support, change management, and continuous improvement. Your main areas of responsibility: Be the primary responsible person and specialist for the Infor M3 platform Ensure stable operations, support, and further development of the business system environment Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors and partners Drive and coordinate changes, releases, and improvement initiatives Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions Responsible for testing, UAT, and quality assurance during changes Work closely with the business to develop and streamline business processes Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, and user support Participate in global projects and collaborate with international teams Travel may occur as needed, primarily to the USA. The job is located in Tranås, with the option for hybrid work 2-3 days/week. Your Profile We believe you have several years of experience working with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems in an international and business-focused environment. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, process understanding, and collaboration with many stakeholders. For you to succeed in this role, we believe you have: A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business systems/information systems, engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Experience with Infor M3 and business system management Good understanding of business processes within, for example, production, supply chain, order flows, or finance Are accustomed to working closely with the business and translating needs into solutions Experience with change management, release management, and testing A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed work style Strong communication skills and comfort in international environments Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience with integration solutions, other business systems, or work in the manufacturing industry.
