About the Position Work Location: Gnosjö Work Hours: Irregular hours and shifts may occur Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start Date: Immediately In your role as a caster or machining assembler at IAC, you will work in a modern production environment with manufacturing and post-processing of aluminum components. Your work tasks vary depending on the department but include, among other things, monitoring casting processes or machining equipment, minor adjustments, material handling, and quality checks of parts. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality through careful inspections, measurements, and documentation of any deviations. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to safe and efficient production and actively participate in improvement work to develop processes and work methods. About You We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys a practical role within industry. You have a technical interest and work methodically with a strong focus on safety, while being accustomed to following established routines and instructions in production. You are someone who takes responsibility for your work, has an eye for quality, and understands the importance of delivering correctly from the start. Since the work is done in teams, we see that you have good collaboration skills, while you can also work independently and take your own initiative when needed. Experience from industry, casting, machining, or similar work is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. You are engaged, contribute to a positive work environment, and want to be part of creating a safe, stable, and efficient production.
