JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan and prioritize sustainable maintenance efforts for streets and roads • Develop and follow up long-term investment plans with a clear life-cycle and climate perspective • Work with status assessments, data analysis, and needs-driven planning • Project manage investment and maintenance projects with a focus on quality and environment • Develop and implement climate-adapted stormwater solutions • Contribute to energy efficiency improvements in street lighting • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal operations • Participate in budget work and contribute to sustainable financial planning QUALIFICATIONS • At least 3 years of post-secondary education with a technical focus, for example road and water engineering or similar • Have experience working with street maintenance, water and sanitation, other ground work, or technical administration • Have knowledge of asphalt, lighting, and stormwater • Have an interest in sustainable development and climate adaptation within infrastructure • Are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented • Enjoy driving projects and collaborating with various stakeholders • Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written • Hold a B-class driver's license Employment type: Permanent employment.
