WORK TASKS We are now strengthening our team at the Rehabilitation Unit in Mönsterås municipality and are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. You will join a close-knit and competent work group of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants who enjoy working together and strive to deliver high-quality rehabilitation. Here we work closely with patients, both in special housing and in ordinary homes. This provides genuine continuity and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's daily lives. Work takes place in interdisciplinary teams where you collaborate daily with occupational therapists, support coordinators, unit managers, nurses, and care staff. No two days are the same, the variety is great, and you encounter everything from acute injuries to long-term functional improvements. QUALIFICATIONS • Licensed physiotherapist • B-level driver's license (required) • Experience from municipal rehabilitation or elderly care is a merit, but we also welcome those newly graduated. We will give you a secure start • You have a rehabilitation and salutogenic approach, enjoy working in teams, and are passionate about developing both yourself and the operations • Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, which means engagement, solution focus, and good teamwork skills carry significant weight Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date by agreement. Individual salary setting applies. Salary range: 35,000 - 50,000 kr/month. Salary is set based on your combined experience and qualifications.
