Common conditions you will encounter as a physical therapist include: disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise-related injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed. Work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at the clinic and with external partners. Possible service at other Närhälsan units in the same area may occur. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the clinic's development in a continuous improvement process, and the operation is run within the framework of Vårdval Rehab. About You You are a licensed physical therapist. Prior experience in the profession and primary care is a merit, but we also welcome newly qualified candidates. If you have supervisor training and/or advanced or supplementary education, that is also a merit. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs when meeting many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner according to the clinic's goals. Since workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. About the Recruitment Process Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by a recruiter in the HR department who invites candidates for a telephone interview. After the application deadline, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic. We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this helps us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
