JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a new physiotherapist colleague for our team within municipal health and care services in Eksjö. Here we work closely with our operations and patients. As a physiotherapist in our service, you conduct assessments and provide interventions in patients' homes and in special residential facilities. Based on the physiotherapist's area of expertise, you are responsible for assessing physical functional capacity and rehabilitation. You initiate treatment, training, and assistive device prescriptions with the goal of improving or maintaining individuals' abilities. You guide care staff and ensure good contact with patients' relatives in a rehabilitative approach to maintain health. As a physiotherapist, you work in an interdisciplinary team with an occupational therapist, nurse, and rehab assistant; you also collaborate with support coordinators and other care providers. The position includes development work within the operation. You document in Combine and communicate in the care planning system Cosmic Link. It is independent and varied work where you largely plan your own day. As a physiotherapist with us, you work in a team with excellent cohesion where we support each other and enjoy our work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you to be a licensed physiotherapist. It is meritorious if you have experience as a physiotherapist. We believe that you want to work with rehabilitation in a home environment. You always put the patient's needs at the center and enjoy working in a team. You have an aptitude for leading, prioritizing, and organizing. You treat others with respect and have a positive view of people. You have computer skills, are curious, and enjoy working on development projects. As a person, you collaborate easily, are solution-focused, structured, stress-resilient, and flexible, with a good capacity for empathy. A valid driver's license (Category B) and good knowledge of Swedish are requirements for the position. Personal suitability is valued highly. Employment Form: Permanent contract. Duration: Permanent.
