The work tasks vary and the job offers many wonderful encounters and meaningful moments. You will be employed through our central staffing unit and work mainly weekends in home care during the summer. The position suits you if you want to combine an important and rewarding job with free weekdays. This is work for someone who enjoys helping others, taking responsibility, and being part of a team where we support each other and have fun together. We would like you to be able to work recurring weekends during the period of June–August, as continuity and security are important both for our clients and for our work teams. Your Role • Provide support and assistance based on the client's individual needs and our clear work routines • Help with everyday tasks and personal care • Create meaningful encounters and contribute to safety and quality of life on weekends • Document your work to ensure good quality in the operations To help you feel secure in your role, you will receive an introduction and delegation training adapted to your experience and knowledge level. Who Are You? Requirements: Be at least 18 years old or turning 18 before summer. Speak and write Swedish at least at a basic level. Have a driver's license. Have good availability during summer that matches our operations' needs. As an employee of Lilla Edets Municipality, you have good digital skills and use digital tools in a safe and flexible way in everyday life. Meritorious: Are trained in or currently studying a healthcare profession such as doctor, nurse, or assistant nurse. Have worked in any of our operations or in healthcare and elderly care before. Our Recruitment Process: Continuous Selection Selection takes place continuously during the application period. This means the position can be filled before the final application deadline. Digital Language Test Selected candidates complete a digital language test. A passing level is required to proceed in the process. Interview Candidates are called for interviews, where we delve deeper into experience, skills, and personal suitability. Reference Checks References are taken from final candidates to confirm previous experience and work practices. Criminal Record Check Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record register must be presented.
