Part-time recreation leader for a 1-year temporary position sought for Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo is a preschool and primary school with high ambitions and a language focus. We currently have approximately 900 students in the primary school and 70 children in preschool. The facility is located in beautiful Tollare in Saltsjö-Boo and offers an outdoor environment that invites active play. We at Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo are now seeking an engaged and responsible recreation leader who wants to be part of our team in the lower grades at 50% during afternoons. Qualifications You are a clear and confident person in your professional role and create structure and stability for students. You work with an inclusive and respectful approach and have great commitment to student development. You have good knowledge of the curriculum and use it actively in your work. You take responsibility for your assignment, are solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where the team develops activities based on scientific foundation and proven experience. About the Position: As a recreation leader with us, you have the opportunity to work in a creative and developing environment where children's learning and well-being are in focus. During recreation time, you are a key part in leading the recreation activities forward by creating safe relationships and contributing to a positive after-school experience for our students. The position is for one year and is a part-time position at 50%, and your working hours will be approximately 1:00 PM-5:00 PM each afternoon with grade 2. We are looking for you who: Are engaged and take responsibility Have good ability to collaborate and communicate with both students, guardians, and colleagues Are creative and can contribute to a stimulating recreation environment Have great interest in children's development and learning As a recreation leader, you work closely with colleagues in your work team, and together with the other recreation teachers and leaders at the school, you will lead recreation activities forward. You will have dedicated planning time per week for this purpose where you will participate. You will be part of grade 2 in the lower grades, and we work with grade-specific recreation divisions. However, we work a lot across the recreation divisions in the afternoons as we have joint meetings and plan certain activities and holidays together. It is important to develop! We set demands on both our students and our teachers, and we support and challenge each other to reach even further. It is also important that we have fun at work and that we all contribute to boosting morale and living up to our vision in the staff as well.
