JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to make a difference for young people in Hammarö municipality? Then you might be who we're looking for! We are now seeking a youth center leader at 75% for a temporary position. As an employee with us, you are offered varied work with opportunities to contribute and make an impact. We have activities 6 days a week for ages 12-18. The youth center leader staffs the youth center and works in a team with other staff, which requires you to be a team player. Together you plan and carry out activities, events, and projects. The work as a youth center leader also involves outreach activities at schools, collaboration with associations and other actors. We work with and for young people, and their voices guide the content of our activities. The position involves work at two different locations: Hammarlunden Youth Center and Mörmo Gård Youth Center. Scope: 75% Temporary position for the period 26.08.24 - 27.06.08. QUALIFICATIONS We seek someone with experience working with young people. You find it easy to build good relationships and are calm, secure, responsible, and engaged. You have the ability to collaborate with others while also being able to work independently and take your own initiative in your work. B-level driver's license is a merit.
