About the role and your responsibilities Working as a lead teacher within primary and adapted primary school in the children's and school administration involves primarily strengthening the pedagogical development work for higher goal achievement at your own workplace and secondly the activities in Lunds municipality. The lead teacher has a special responsibility in systematic quality work and acts based on the school continuing to develop into a learning organization and works on assignment from the principal as follows: As a lead teacher, your role includes conducting teaching and other tasks related to the teaching assignment for at least 50% of your working time. As a lead teacher, you have special responsibility for general and subject-specific didactic development supported by research, as well as for the school's/activity's focus areas linked to systematic quality work. As a lead teacher, you have a key role in collegial learning. The content and conditions of the position are concretized in dialogue between school leadership and the lead teacher at each school/activity based on the above guidelines.
