Our mission within the Bioenergy function is to supply the internal organization with competitive raw materials and sell by-products, increase the availability of raw materials on the market, and deliver profitability. As Supply Area Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and strengthening our business in Southern Sweden together with Market & Sales and Sourcing (services). The role involves overall responsibility for strategic raw material procurement, biofuel flows, and the area's results. You work closely with our largest raw material suppliers and are an active part of the function's management team, where you contribute broadly to matters concerning the business's development and direction. You lead the operations through an engaged team of 11 employees, where you maintain continuous dialogue to ensure well-founded and sound decisions every time. Work methods are characterized by efficiency, sustainability, and quality, which support the overarching goals set by the function's management team. The role is both strategic and operational with a clear focus on leadership and change management, business, efficient processes, and a strong safety culture. Office placement is flexible at one of our offices in Götaland-Närke, and travel is required. The position reports to the Director of Bioenergy. Who are we looking for? Skills and qualifications we believe you have: Relevant university degree and work experience in this field or similar roles.
