Description We are seeking three substitute preschool teachers for Ljusdal preschools with placement at: - Buffeln Preschool (Ljusdal) - Galaxen Preschool (Ljusdal) - Järvsö Preschool A stimulating and safe work environment with high participation and positive team spirit is essential to our operations. We have appropriate facilities, and the outdoor environment varies with both forest and a planned play area. Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you hold a leadership role where you plan work, conduct follow-ups, and analyze to improve and develop the activities together with your team. You will actively work to create a stimulating and developmental environment where children are at the center. We place great emphasis on a language-development approach. You are responsible for working with your colleagues to ensure that the activities challenge children and promote activity, learning, and responsibility, all in accordance with the curriculum's intentions. We see that you as a person are curious and view diversity as an asset, with a strong interest in working in an environment where different cultures meet and are valued in interactions with the children. Qualifications Preschool teacher degree or teaching degree with credentials to teach in preschool and preschool teacher certification. We seek employees who prioritize children and parents, have strong communication skills, and maintain good service. A Class B driver's license is required. Additional Information The temporary position is full-time and runs from August 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, with possible opportunity for extension.
