Workplace Description: Skedoms Preschool is located on the outskirts of a residential area on the Remsle side, approximately 3 kilometers walking distance to Sollefteå center. The outdoor environment is varied with large spaces and proximity to forest and nature, which inspires and stimulates children to engage in many different games and activities. The preschool works thematically, has its own small library, its own kitchen for meal preparation, and a larger assembly hall for movement games and joint departmental activities. The unit is one of five practice preschools in the municipality, which means that the educators have received special training to receive teacher students. The unit consists of two arenas: • The Galaxy with the departments Sun and Moon, ages 1-4. • The Milky Way with the departments Jupiter and Saturn, age 5. WORK TASKS We are now seeking a preschool teacher for Skedoms Preschool. The work involves exploring, discovering, discussing, and learning together with the children in everyday life. You work daily to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children in the preschool. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for planning, follow-up, evaluation, and development of the operations. We look forward to your application! QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher. Those of you who are awaiting your teaching certification are also welcome to apply. Other pedagogical education is a merit. We are looking for you who has good collaboration skills, is committed, positive, receptive, and innovative. We also see that you are responsible and clear in your communication. You have a desire to develop together with your colleagues and are interested in new knowledge and research within the preschool field. Type of Employment: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite.
