DUTIES As a preschool teacher, you will be part of the children's daily life and play a role in shaping Sweden's next generation by coaching, challenging, and listening to children's needs. You can recognize and appreciate the differences and talents of young individuals. Based on the preschool curriculum and other governing documents, you are expected to work systematically to ensure the preschool is a safe, enjoyable, and educational place for each child. You have a special pedagogical responsibility to plan, implement, document, evaluate, and develop activities together with your team. You have the ability to build on children's discoveries and experiences. You develop and renew working methods based on children's needs and interests. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a degree and certification as a preschool teacher. As a person, you are confident and take active initiative in social situations. You find it easy to build new relationships and maintain contacts. You have good relationships with colleagues and other people you come into contact with at work. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. To work with children and young people, you must by law present a certificate from the criminal record register. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-08-03. Working hours: Daytime. This position is a temporary assignment for the period 2026-08-03 to 2026-12-31 Permanent employees in Sävsjö Municipality are war-positioned at their regular workplace.
