Scope: Approximately 75-100% Employment: Permanent Start Date: Fall 2026 About the Preschool Preschool Pärlan is a small preschool in central Mora with a family-like atmosphere. Here work two preschool teachers, one childcare worker, and a kitchen assistant. Pärlan consists of only one classroom with 18 children of mixed ages and is a corporation operated by Centrumkyrkan. At Pärlan, we follow the Swedish Preschool Curriculum Lpfö18 and work daily in instructional groups with the children. We are inspired by Generation Pep, which means that movement and physical activity play a large and important role in our activities. We also place great focus on safety and clear pedagogical methods. Since the preschool is centrally located, we have walking distance to, for example, the library, playgrounds, and nature in the surrounding area. About the Position We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker. You must have childcare worker training, a complete upper secondary education in children and leisure or another pedagogical education deemed equivalent. As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the pedagogical team where you work closely with our two preschool teachers. In your role as childcare worker, you participate in planning, developing, and conducting pedagogical activities to create a safe and inspiring environment in combination with quality instruction.
