Your Role In this role, you actively work to identify new markets and business opportunities. You're curious about customers' challenges and place great emphasis on understanding their needs before presenting solutions. Through dialogue, analysis, and relationship building, you identify opportunities where AMB can contribute its expertise in contract manufacturing of advanced polymer-based products. Once business potential is identified, you're responsible for: presenting AMB and our solutions arranging customer visits where we demonstrate the strength of our offering and our production providing price indications and offering solutions based on the business opportunities you've identified You work closely with our technical and operational teams to ensure that every business opportunity is delivered with the quality and precision our customers expect. Key Responsibilities Identify new markets and business opportunities within life science and medical technology Listen to and analyze customer needs, requirements, and development plans Present AMB's offering and arrange customer visits Provide price indications and prepare quotations for identified business opportunities Build long-term relationships with customers who have high demands for quality, documentation, and delivery precision Follow industry developments and contribute to strengthening AMB's market position Collaborate internally to ensure efficient and competitive solutions We're Looking for You If You Have experience in technical sales or business development Preferably have knowledge of polymer materials, injection molding, or contract manufacturing Have the ability to understand complex customer needs and convert them into business opportunities Are communicative, business-driven, and relationship-focused Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Thrive in a role where you work both strategically and operationally Does this sound like your next challenge?
