Hyrdon is growing – we're looking for a Sales Manager in Strängnäs We're seeking a Sales Manager who wants to take ownership of our operation in Strängnäs. We work in car subscriptions and car sales, the pace is fast, decision-making is streamlined, and you'll have a central role in the business. About the Role You're responsible for all sales at the facility – from initial customer contact to delivery. You drive the business operationally, establish structure, and follow up on results. This includes: Sales of new and used vehicles Responsibility for sales targets and performance tracking Active management of incoming leads and showroom sales Ensuring a customer experience that builds repeat business Contributing to the development of processes and working methods We're Looking for You If You have at least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry You're business-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable taking responsibility for results You have a structured approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment You're confident in customer conversations and build long-term relationships You have a B-class driver's license We Offer Fixed salary + uncapped commission Company vehicle A key role with significant influence over the business Opportunity to grow with a company in strong development Application Screening is ongoing – submit your application as soon as possible.
