The position is a temporary role from 2026-08-01 to 2027-04-30. In your role as Sales Associate with Category Responsibility Work in the store is varied—during a workday you meet customers, work the register, work in the warehouse, and stock items on our shelves. Together we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a sales associate with us, you are Systembolaget's face to the public. Strong teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize work with us. We learn from each other and through development we create results together. It is in our interactions with customers that we become Systembolaget. In addition to the general sales associate duties, you have a specific category responsibility (for example, red wine, white wine, or beer) which means you: Maintain the category as representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules. Have responsibility for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, and analyze shrinkage and propose measures. Also continuously share knowledge about your category with other team members. We are looking for someone who Is old enough (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who shop with us. Has good social skills and understands how you can contribute to a positive customer experience. Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing. Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us reach our shared goals. Has a flexible approach, is curious about learning new things, and has an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create. Has completed secondary or vocational education. It is a plus if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages. We meet many different people in our stores and our goal is to reflect society.
