In your role as sales associate with store communication responsibility Work in the store is varied—during a workday you meet customers, work the register, work in the stockroom, and stock items on our shelves. Together we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a sales associate with us, you are Systembolaget's face to the outside world. Strong teamwork, fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize working with us. We learn from each other and through development we create results together. Beyond the common sales duties, you work with responsibility for store communication, which means you: Create a positive customer experience through inspiring displays and thoughtfully planned merchandise presentation. Ensure that the store's expression aligns with Systembolaget's mission and vision, is brand-neutral, and does not drive upselling. We're looking for someone who Is of age (at least 20 years old) to be able to meet our customers. Has good social skills and understands how you can contribute to a positive customer interaction. Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing. Likes to collaborate and wants to contribute to reaching our common goals. Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude toward learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create. Has completed upper secondary education or vocational training. It is a merit if you have retail experience, experience working in a service profession, and/or with food and beverages.
