As a Central Insurance Coordinator at Peab, you will have an important function in our organization, where you are responsible for administrative tasks, billing, and ensuring a high level of service both internally and externally. You master the MEPS program in its entirety, have a sense for business, and are skilled at expressing yourself well in both speech and writing. We would prefer that you have a background in the construction industry and have previously worked with insurance matters. For us, the most important thing is that you are solution-oriented, can prioritize your tasks, and have a professional approach in both internal collaboration and external customer relations. You will belong to Building Services and report to the Market Manager. Responsibilities Work in the MEPS program with, for example, estimates, billing, and contracts and other related tasks. Support the local offices in the MEPS system and with insurance matters Be the coordinating link for Building Services within insurance matters Communicate clearly and professionally in both speech and writing with insurance companies, policyholders, and internal contacts at Peab. Work independently with responsibility for your own tasks. Maintain a high level of service both externally and internally Competencies and Experience Strong experience with the MEPS program (complete mastery). Meritorious if you have relevant post-secondary education in, for example, technology or construction Meritorious if you have work experience from insurance companies and/or construction technical background Strong communication skills in both speech and writing. Good financial understanding and experience in making calculations and estimates within insurance matters Ability to work independently and take own initiatives. Ability to easily prioritize between different tasks and see what needs to be done Experience in prioritizing and organizing work tasks. Good collaboration skills combined with decision-making ability. Good administrative experience and billing experience. You should have good computer skills and a B driver's license Personal Qualities. As a person, you are driven by developing in your professional role, are relationship-building, and have good communication skills. You are structured and thorough and have an administrative inclination. You maintain a high level of service and are professional and business-minded. Furthermore, you are comfortable in contact with clients and customers as this is part of your daily work. Additionally, you are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility and driving work forward. Placement location can be Gothenburg, Borås, or Jönköping.
