Concrete Factory Form Worker

We are a small concrete casting company with big solutions, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. We are located in Markaryd in southern Småland, just a stone's throw from the borders of Skåne and Halland. A brief introduction to us. We have been in operation and manufacturing our products since 2009. We primarily manufacture prefabricated concrete products for industry and agriculture, such as walls, ground supports, plinths, stairs, beams, and custom castings. We can meet most requirements our customers might have and are of course CE certified, with our products having high-quality environmental ratings. We are currently part of the Strömsnäs group. Our order intake and capacity continue to increase, and we are now seeking a colleague for production in our factory. This position is time-limited but offers excellent opportunities for continuation and permanent employment for the right person. Your role with us will be to form and cast elements according to drawings in our daily production. It is a requirement that you have good blueprint reading skills and can communicate very well in Swedish. You should also have basic carpentry skills, such as installing framing for a wall, to better understand how we build forms for casting. Your tasks will include removing yesterday's casting to then assemble/build the forms according to drawing specifications. Reinforcement and cast-in materials are then placed, we cast and finish the surface according to customer requirements, and prepare for the next day.
