Wallberghälsan is growing and is now seeking an engaged specialist-trained occupational health nurse or registered nurse with an interest in occupational health services. At Wallberghälsan, you will have the opportunity to work in a broad and varied capacity, from health assessments and lifestyle counseling to coaching individuals and supporting organizations in their health initiatives. Wallberghälsan is a family-owned company with approximately 700 corporate clients and over 13 years of experience in occupational health services. Wallberghälsan has offices in Skärholmen and Södermalm and works closely with clients to create sustainable and healthy workplaces. What we offer you A varied workday – no two days are the same. About you You are a specialist-trained occupational health nurse or licensed registered nurse with experience or interest in occupational health services and preferably functional medicine. You have at least five years of experience in healthcare. You are passionate about health promotion work and want to contribute to a sustainable working life. You enjoy working independently while also appreciating teamwork and collaboration. You have solid experience with blood draws and specimen collection. You have experience with rehabilitation. You are digitally proficient and have a professional and service-oriented approach. You have experience with lifestyle and health counseling. You have strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable experience Health profiles and fitness testing Health coaching and lifestyle medicine Previous work in occupational health services Driver's license Your responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Provide advice on work environment and health to managers and employees Conduct health assessments, blood draws, vaccinations, drug tests, and spirometry Work with early rehabilitation and substance abuse management Employment details Employment level: 80–100% Start date: By agreement Location: Offices in Skärholmen and Södermalm Wallberghälsan is collaborating with Higher/Next U in this recruitment process.
