We are an occupational health company on a strong growth trajectory that conducts systematic and preventive health work in close collaboration with our customers, who are mostly located in Halland. We have our office in Halmstad but can also serve customers via our newly customized health mobile unit. We are now seeking an experienced occupational health nurse on a full-time basis (minimum 92.5%) who wants to contribute to developing sustainable working life at our customer companies. You will work closely with our customers and independently coordinate and implement interventions for both companies and groups and individuals. You will work from a holistic perspective regarding the work environment and health at the companies you are responsible for. You will have the support of a team of competent colleagues who contribute and provide support in various assignments and projects. Your primary task is to support our customers and their employees with medical and psychosocial aspects of how working life impacts health, well-being, and motivation. This means you will work with health promotion initiatives, workplace environment assessments, health checks including lifestyle medicine, statutory examinations, training, and rehabilitation coordination. Experience/Education: You are a licensed nurse by training and we would like to see that you have further education as an occupational health nurse or district nurse. Experience from occupational health services is a merit. Your Personal Qualities: You are an independent and driven person who, when needed, can switch to being a humble team player. You enjoy taking initiative, are cooperative, and good at organizing. We also place great value on your analytical and social skills, as you will become an important link between our customers' contact persons and employees. We place significant importance on your personality. Employment Terms: Fixed-term employment for a maximum of 6 months, which will then be converted to a permanent position.
