About Us Falköping DV is a day activity program for people covered by the LSS target group 1, meaning individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-related conditions. The facility is licensed for 20 spots and accepts people over 18 years old. The workplace is centrally located in Falköping. Here, employment is offered completely tailored and planned based on each employee's interests, strengths, and daily condition. Work can be at our facility or in the form of outreach activities such as work-like internships, or both. Most of our employees/clients live in one of our residential facilities, but this is not a requirement—employment can also be offered to people who don't live with us but have been granted a decision for day activity under LSS. About the Position As manager of Falköping day activity program, you work in close collaboration with the operations manager and work supervisors. You should have the ability to lead a team and meet the clients' needs as well as ensure the support outlined in their assistance decisions. In your role as Manager, you will primarily work with: Providing close supervisory support to staff in their daily work with clients. Planning activities in collaboration with work supervisors and participating in implementing services together with clients. Implementing new procedures and conducting various follow-ups, for example implementation plans, risk assessments, and reporting. Driving development work related to the activities. Who Are You? As a person, you are action-oriented, results-focused, and have good communication skills. The position of manager requires accuracy, flexibility, leadership ability, and attentiveness. Therefore, great weight will be placed on personal suitability and previous experience. For this position, you must have: Relevant higher education in healthcare/care/education (for example, social worker, special educator, or other higher education that the employer deems appropriate) with a minimum of 180 credits. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a major part of the work. A class B driver's license. Experience with the target group we work with and with day activity programs. You must also be able to be approved as a manager by IVO. Terms of Employment The position is permanent with a six-month probationary period. The position is 100% and you will work daytime hours, Monday through Friday at the facility. Salary is by agreement; other compensation is according to the collective agreement. Start date is also by agreement. What Do We Offer You?
