Solåkrabyn is a nonprofit organization providing socio-therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen. It is important that you take responsibility for your work tasks and dare to ask questions when needed. Qualifications: You need to have care and support training or equivalent education. You must be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing due to extensive documentation and communication requirements, computer skills and a B-driver's license are required. Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication – AAC as well as experience working with people with functional variations is considered a merit. Your responsibilities will include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the residents' own ability to perform activities in daily life as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Your work tasks include daily written documentation. Work hours: Scheduled shifts, evenings, weekends, and on-call sleeping shifts.
