Your new role As a property technician in Mora, you will be a key person in the daily operation and maintenance of our properties. You handle incoming service requests, work proactively to prevent operational disruptions, and maintain close contact with our tenants – always with the goal of delivering professional service and creating long-term value. You have a strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable operations, and you thrive with close and professional contact with our tenants. You are driven to optimize our properties, reduce energy consumption, and identify improvement opportunities, and you follow up on the impact of your efforts through data and clear key metrics. You see digital tools, AI, and smart systems as natural support in working toward more proactive, cost-effective, and sustainable property management. In the role of property technician with us at Diös, you will among other things: Work with property maintenance and supervision of our properties and associated technical systems. Conduct systematic inspections according to applicable regulations and internal procedures. Maintain dialogue and follow-up with contracted service providers. Build long-term relationships with our tenants. Work preventively through inspections and systematic improvement efforts. Identify, propose, and implement energy-saving measures in the properties. Monitor energy performance and operational data, and contribute with analyses and improvement suggestions. Contribute with information that strengthens both operating net income, sustainability, and long-term property value. Who are you? We are seeking you with experience or education in property technology or related areas such as plumbing/heating, ventilation, construction, or electrical work. You have a strong technical interest and are socially skilled in your relationships with our tenants. You want to develop in a role that combines significant independent responsibility with close collaboration with colleagues. We believe that you: Are solution-oriented, curious, and take responsibility Thrive in meeting with tenants and colleagues and are confident in your communication Have a strong interest in digital solutions, AI, and smart systems that can streamline and develop our properties Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written Hold a B-class driver's license Meritorious: FAVAL certification or experience with service contracts and contractor management Since some of our tenants are covered by security protection agreements (SUA), a background check will be conducted.
