We also manage our own property portfolio of 1,100 apartments as well as commercial spaces. Our service offerings include property maintenance, property administration, construction, and technical services. We are now looking for an independent and service-oriented Property Maintenance Technician who thrives in a role with varied tasks and extensive customer contact. The Role In this position, you will work with: Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of properties Repairs and minor construction projects Garden and green space maintenance Inspections, move-out inspections, and key management Collaboration with property managers and colleagues Winter preparation for snow and ice removal About You You have experience/training in building technology, construction, or plumbing (VVS) You have a good understanding of building technical systems You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and confident in your work tasks You have a B-class driver's license and good computer skills You are fluent in Swedish Meritorious: trimmer and chainsaw certification, wheel loader training, or other relevant technical training.
