The pharmacy is located in the same building as a healthcare center, public dental clinic, and senior living facility. With us, you'll work with a variety of customers – both new and loyal – helping them with both prescription medications and over-the-counter products. You will work with a great team consisting of a pharmacy manager and pharmacists who together take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences. Daily work is varied and includes everything from advice and sales of medications and self-care products to inventory management, campaigns, quality assurance, and development. Your role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks: Dispense the correct medication to each customer and offer professional patient counseling while contributing to a high-quality customer experience. Promote participation and good cooperation within the pharmacy and together with colleagues create positive team dynamics. Salary Supplement 💰 5,000 kr extra per month for three years if you choose to move or commute to Nossebro Bonus 🏆 To ensure you thrive and flourish, we offer an annual bonus of 60,000 kr during your first three years with us (psst…up to 180,000 kr total 😉) This offer applies to you who are a pharmacist seeking a position at Kronans Apotek and who choose to move or commute to Nossebro to become part of our team. The salary supplement and bonus are proportional to or directly tied to your employment level. The pharmacy is open 09:00-17:30 on weekdays, closed Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a trial employment on a full-time or part-time basis with a good chance of a permanent position, and you will be part of pharmacy manager Zeinab Baker's team. Start date by agreement. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
