Why you should work with us - pharmacy manager Arad shares his perspective Now you have a unique opportunity to be part of the startup of a new Apotek Hjärtat location in Arvika. The pharmacy is planned to open in early 2026 and will be located adjacent to a brand new ICA Maxi, currently being built in modern facilities just outside the city center, along the entrance from Karlstad. Here you'll have the chance to shape work methods, culture, and customer experience from day one. Initial opening hours will be 08:00–20:00 every day, and the team is currently being built up. The pharmacy will consist of both pharmacists and committed pharmacy technicians who together create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for our customers. Arvika already has two well-established Hjärtat pharmacies, which means good collaboration and a strong collegial network are already in place. With this new location, we look forward to continuing to serve our loyal Hjärtat customers while also welcoming new customers shopping at ICA Maxi. This is a permanent position, with the possibility of full-time or part-time work by agreement. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for you who are a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist. You're either early in your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in this description: You show interest and commitment in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday work At Hjärtat, we strive for an equal gender balance and view diversity as a strength.
