Family Home Consultant Allas Trygghet has been working for nearly ten years helping municipalities recruit, assess, match, and support family homes throughout southern Sweden. We are now looking for a colleague who wants to join us on our journey forward. Currently, we are in an expansive phase where we actively work to connect more family homes and municipalities with us in a collaboration where the child's best interests are always in focus. Our strength lies in always caring for and building strong relationships with both our clients and the family homes we work with, which creates alignment and good results. We are looking for a social worker with experience in foster care. We are seeking someone with experience in the role of family home secretary within municipal social services or as a family home consultant in private operations. It is desirable that you have experience assessing family homes according to Kälvesten or another established method. If you have experience and training in supporting family homes, this is also a merit. Most of the family homes we work with today are located in the southern parts of the country, but we are actively recruiting more family homes to collaborate with in other parts of the country, so your place of residence is not decisive as many of our meetings take place digitally. With us, you will be part of a team with extensive combined experience and expertise. Much of the work is performed remotely, but some travel is part of the job. Working hours are flexible but with standard working hours between 8-17 on weekdays. However, sometimes some meetings and visits may need to be scheduled outside these hours. Since we have 24-hour availability for our family homes, you will also gradually be part of on-call duty with phone coverage one week per month. Requirements: - Social work degree - Experience in foster care - Category B driver's license - Access to a car Merits: - Experience in assessing and/or supporting family homes - Experience in both municipal and private foster care - An already established network of contacts with municipalities and family homes.
