The IBÖJ Department in Härjedalen is a department for individual and family care, labor market services, and outpatient care. The outpatient unit encompasses parental support, family member support, and addiction treatment. The unit provides support to individuals in their homes, group sessions, family counseling, individual counseling, and can assist when authorities need to make assessments for matters such as LVM/LVU. As we develop our preventive work, our need for therapists is growing. This means that based on your expertise and ideas, you will have the opportunity to shape the activities according to the new Social Services Act. Job Duties The position involves working as a therapist in a team of seven therapists and one unit manager. Together with the team, your main responsibilities will focus on treatment for children, adolescents, and parents. Treatment includes individually tailored conversations, both individual and group sessions. Qualifications Requirements: - Social worker/behavioral scientist, educational training, or education that the employer deems appropriate. - Experience working with the target group and facilitating group sessions and individual conversations. - Valid driver's license (Category B). - Knowledge of attachment theory and a systems-oriented approach. Meritorious: - Training in Collaborative Conversations, Trappan, family member support for children with parents with risky substance use/addiction. - Family therapy training and work experience in the field.
