This is initially a consulting assignment of 12 months via Unik Resurs with excellent prospects for extension. We use continuous selection, which means the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline. Work Tasks and Areas of Responsibility Would you like to work in a global and coordinating role where you have a central function in planning resources within advanced gas turbine projects? We are now seeking an engaged and structured Field Service Planner. About the Role As a Field Service Planner, you are responsible for planning and coordinating resources within gas turbine projects worldwide. You work closely with both the team and several internal interfaces to ensure that the right expertise is in the right place at the right time. The role suits you if you are communicative, solution-oriented, and comfortable driving issues forward in a complex and international environment. You will become an important point of contact in the planning process and need to be able to handle multiple parallel workflows with clarity, structure, and commitment. The team currently consists of just over 33 employees and is divided into several functions that work with everything from preparation, visa handling, and invoicing to support for the field service organization. Your Tasks Operational and strategic planning of field resources Coordination with internal and global interfaces Management of planning workflows in systems such as OnePM and Salesforce Ensure efficient resource planning and high quality in deliveries Your Profile We are Looking for You If You Have experience in service and/or logistics Work structurally and have the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks Are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different functions Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Merits Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent Experience from an international work environment Knowledge of OnePM and Salesforce Become Part of Unik Resurs – Your Career and Development Are Our Priority!
