Strategic planning and follow-up You independently plan, implement, and follow up on interventions regarding individual young people or groups. The role requires that you can structure your calendar, coordinate meetings, document relevant information, and follow up on ongoing counseling and support measures. You maintain close contact with guardians, social services, police, schools, clubs, and other local actors. Safety-building work As a field assistant, you contribute to the municipality's overall situation assessment and are an important part of Haninge's safety program. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and contribute to a shared safety mindset in your work. You have the ability to trust colleagues' judgments and to make joint priorities in complex situations. You can work persistently, pedagogically, and solution-focused even when change processes take time. Meritorious qualifications: Experience with counseling work.
